A call that goes to voicemail is usually a customer who calls someone else
Your team can't pick up during a job, a meeting, lunch or after closing. Most of those calls are simple, like booking, rescheduling, hours or a price, and they still end up waiting until somebody has time to call back.
What happens when someone calls
1. It answers right away
Every call to your number is picked up, during the day, after hours, or when your team is already on the line. No hold queue.
2. It handles the request
It books or reschedules in your calendar, gives your hours, prices and directions, or takes a message, then logs the call to your CRM.
3. It hands over the rest
Anything outside what it was set up to handle goes to your team, with the caller's details and what they asked for, so nobody starts from zero.

Common questions
How much does an AI voice receptionist cost?
Setup is $5,000, paid once and agreed in writing before we start. It covers one number, one voice, six request types and two languages. Changes after launch are $175 each, or included in a plan. See pricing for the add-ons and plans.
How long until it's answering calls?
Builds go live in about 10 business days. It starts with a free 30-minute audit, and you get a written proposal within 2 business days.
What if it gets something wrong, or a caller wants a person?
It only handles the request types it was set up for. Anything else, or anything it isn't sure about, goes to your team with the caller's details and what they asked. You also get 30 days of support after go-live, and changes after that are covered by a plan or pay as you go.
Do I need new software or a new phone number?
No new software for your team. It books into the calendar and CRM you already use. The setup includes one number, and in the audit we confirm how your existing line connects to it.
Is there a smaller way to start?
Yes. If texting back is enough, a single automation is $499, such as a missed-call text-back with one fixed reply, credited in full if you upgrade within 90 days. The full missed-call text-back system is $1,500.
Find out what your missed calls are costing you
We built all of it for ourselves first, across our own businesses. Book a free 30-minute audit and we will tell you whether a voice receptionist is right for you, or whether something smaller would do the job.
