Automation support that catches failures before your customers do
Automations rarely break loudly. Usually you find out from a customer. After launch, pay $175 a change with nothing monthly, or take a plan where monitoring, fixes and changes are included.
- Failures
- Sync delays
- Silent stops
- Backlogs
- Credentials
Automations break for small reasons, and usually without warning
A login expires. A software vendor changes how its app connects and announces it in an update nobody reads. Someone renames a column in a spreadsheet. The only question is whether you hear about it from an alert or from an angry customer.
Without monitoring
- It stops, and nothing tells anyone
- A customer reports it first
- Nobody knows how long it has been down
- The fix competes with everything else that week
- The person who built it has left
On a plan
- Every run checked, failures alerted
- We usually see it before you do
- The log says exactly when and why
- Fixes are included, not quoted
- A named contact who knows your setup
A request on Tuesday is live on Wednesday
Changes are made by the people who built it, saved so any change can be undone, and tested on your real cases before they go live.
- Next business day on Growth, same day on Scale
- Edited by the team that built it
- Every change recorded, and reversible
On a plan, fixes are included and changes use your allowance
Restoring what was specified is a fix, and it is included. New behavior is a change, and it uses your allowance. The line is written down, so nobody negotiates it while something is broken.
- Expired credentials, vendor API changes, broken connectors
- Unlimited on Growth and Scale
- On pay as you go, billed as a change
We take over automations someone else built
We take these on. The takeover assessment is free: we inventory what exists, map what it touches, document it, and price stabilizing it. You keep the documentation either way.
- Credentials moved into your own vault
- Duplicate and dead scenarios identified
- An honest read on repair versus rebuild
What a maintenance plan includes
Monitoring
More than crashes: an automation that quietly stopped running, a growing backlog, or two systems out of sync.
Fixes included
No per-incident billing and no argument about whether it counts.
Changes
Six a month on Growth, twenty on Scale, for the branches a process grows into.
Platform maintenance
Renewing logins, applying updates, and switching connectors when a vendor changes theirs.
Reviews
Monthly on Growth, quarterly on Scale. A short written summary, not a sales meeting.
A named contact
Someone who knows your setup, so you are not re-explaining the business.
See whether a plan pays for itself
This one measures the work the automation removed. If a plan costs less than the hours it protects, it pays for itself.
That work currently costs you
$1,974every month in wages alone, before the errors and the waiting.
A $700 build pays for itself in 0.4 months.
Support pricing: pay as you go, or a plan
Every setup includes 30 days of support after go-live. After that there is no fee per system: either $175 a change with nothing monthly, or a plan at $700 or $1,800 a month, per account. Month to month, cancel anytime.
Common questions
Is anything monthly compulsory?
No. On pay as you go there is no monthly fee: $175 a change, fixes billed the same way. Stop a plan whenever you like and the system keeps running in your accounts, documented.
What counts as a fix versus a change?
A fix restores what was specified: an expired credential, a vendor API change, a broken connector. Those are included on a plan. A change is new behavior, and uses your allowance or $175.
Can you fix a Zapier or Make automation someone else built?
Yes, after a takeover assessment. Supporting a system nobody has mapped is how you make things worse.
What are the response times based on?
Business hours, Monday to Friday, US time, and the clock starts when the alert fires rather than when you notice. If you need genuine out-of-hours cover we will price it rather than promise it informally.
Can we pause a plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime and restart without a new setup fee if the gap is under six months. Beyond that we would want a short reassessment.
Something already broken?
Tell us what you have running and what is going wrong. If it is a quick fix we will say so, and if it needs a takeover assessment we will explain why.
