Fewer no-shows, and the empty slots filled again
Every booking gets a confirmation and two reminders. Anyone who doesn't confirm by your cut-off loses the slot, and the next person on your waitlist is offered it.

A no-show is a slot you can't sell twice
People book, forget, and don't call to cancel, so the chair, room or table sits empty while someone else wanted it. Calling everyone the day before to confirm takes staff time most small businesses don't have.
Booked, reminded, and refilled
1. Every booking lands in one calendar
Bookings from up to three channels go into one calendar, and each one gets a confirmation.
2. Two reminders ask them to confirm
If they still haven't confirmed by the cut-off you set, the slot is released instead of left to go empty.
3. The waitlist gets the slot
The freed slot is offered to your waitlist in order. Your team sees who confirmed, who was released and who took the slot, in the calendar they already use.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
Setup is $3,000, fixed before we start. Deposits and card holds are a $700 add-on, and each extra calendar or location is $500. After the 30 days of support, changes are $175 each, or covered by a plan. Everything is on the pricing page.
How long does it take to go live?
About 10 business days from the signed proposal. It starts with a free 30-minute audit, and you get a written proposal within 2 business days.
Do I need new booking software?
No. It works with your booking platform and does not replace it. We build in tools you already use, like GoHighLevel and Make, on your own accounts.
What if it releases a slot it shouldn't have?
It only releases a slot when nobody confirmed by the cut-off you chose, and you can move that cut-off. Bookings stay in your own calendar, so your team can see and change any of them. If something isn't working the way you want, the first 30 days of support cover the fix.
Can I start with something smaller?
Yes. Appointment reminders are one of the options for our $499 single automation, live in 10 business days. If you upgrade to a full system within 90 days, the $499 is credited in full.
Who built this?
We built all of it for ourselves first, across our own businesses. You can see that work on our case studies page.
