A caller who gets voicemail often just calls the next business
You miss calls because you're on a job, with a client or closed for the night. By the time someone calls back, the person who rang has often already booked somebody else.
Without it
- A missed call sits in the log until someone has a minute
- The callback goes out hours later, or not at all
- After-hours callers hear nothing until morning
- Nobody writes down who called or what they wanted
With it
- Every missed caller gets a text within 60 seconds
- The text asks what they need and offers a way to book
- A different message during the day and after hours
- Every lead saved to your CRM or calendar
Three steps, from missed call to booked job
1. It texts back within 60 seconds
The moment a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text. One message for business hours, another for after hours, both written in your words.
2. It follows the reply
Up to three texts in all, each one chosen by what the caller says back, working toward a booked time instead of a callback.
3. Your team picks it up
The lead is saved to your CRM or calendar, so whoever takes it from there sees who called and what they asked for.

Common questions
How much does missed-call text-back cost?
$1,500 for setup, paid once. An extra number or location is $500 and a second language is $300. After launch there is no monthly fee to keep it: changes are $175 each, or $700 a month on the Growth plan with 6 changes included. The simplest version, one fixed reply, is $499. Full details are on our pricing page.
How long does it take to set up?
About 10 business days from the go-ahead. It starts with a free 30-minute audit, then a fixed price and a date in writing before you commit to anything.
Do I need a new phone number or new software?
It covers 1 phone number, mobile or landline, and we build it in the software you already use, on your own accounts. We check how your number and your tools connect during the free audit, before you pay anything. Software subscriptions are billed by the vendor, not by us.
What if a caller replies with something it can't handle?
It sends up to three texts, each chosen by what the caller says back, and every message is written with you before launch. Every lead is saved to your CRM or calendar, so a person can pick the conversation up from there. Handling the unusual cases is designed in from the start, and you get 30 days of support after go-live.
Can it text back in Spanish?
Yes. A second language is a $300 add-on, and it replies in that language based on the caller.
Should I get an AI receptionist instead?
If you want calls answered rather than texted, yes. Our AI voice receptionist answers every call and books it, from $5,000. Text-back is the faster, cheaper fix when the goal is simply that no caller goes unanswered. See AI agents and assistants.
